Ni nak sambung part II dah. berikutan ramai yang bertanya itu dan ini berkenaan permainan ni. so ini akan dibuat sebagai rumusan. semua yang ditulis ini HANYA berdasarkan pengalaman sendirik. aku tak pernah jumpa jurnal atau sewaktu dengannya tentang permainan ini.

Sepak Raga Bulat

1. Dimainkan dalam bulatan
2. memakai pakaian, kasut dan stokin yg sesuai.
3. bola takraw
4. boleh timbang ikut suka sampai pengsan. tak dak rules yang spesifik.
5. tak kesah bape ramai nak main.

Sepak Raga Ratus

1. boleh secara perseorangan atau berkumpulan.
2. jumlah kiraan adalah dari 3x jatuhan bola. ini depends pada peraturan pertandingan.
3. boleh timbang seberapa banyak yang mampu. lg banyak, lagi bagus. tapi, kalau secara berkumpulan, satu orang hanya boleh timbang 3x sahaja.
4. pakaian yang sesuai.

Sepak Raga Tuju

1. paling kurang kena ada 2 orang. paling maksimum biasanya 9.
2. hanya 3x timbang, dan pada timbangan kali ke 3, bola dihantar secara tikaman kepada org dihadapan sahaja. tepi tak boleh. dan bola hanya maksimum tinggi pada paras lutut.
3. dimainkn dalam bulatan.
4. make sure pakai pakaian n kasut+stokin.
5. ada bola khas berwarna hijau kuning yang dikeluarkan untuk permainan ini. pada kotak tertulis, bola sepak raga tuju.

Ini saja yang sempat ingat buat masa ni. kalau ada yang tak jelas, bleh tanya dalam ruangan komen. nanti sy hupdate. chows!

Situation: HP Laserjet 1020(USB) installed on PC A, and sharing on the network. PC B also in the same network want to print to the printer attached to PC A. After all the process completed, the print item never printed, just staying inside the print que.

Solution: Go to printer setting, check the Port tab, Untick on Enable Bidirectional Support. OK

Situation: One user complain her monitor turning upside down. She accidently pressing a few button on her keyboard and ending up the problem.

Solution: A few solution available. 1-Look at the display setting, looking for the Graphic Option and Rotation. 2-Faster way is to hold Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow. 3-Disable Hotkey for the display.

Dah lama tak posting dalam blog ni. Banyak peristiwa yang telah berlaku antara dua posting ni. Alhamdulillah, kehidupan ini masih lagi mampu untuk diteruskan. Sambil-sambil dalam train, sempat jugak berfikir tentang beberapa perkara yang berlaku sebelum dan selepas.

Dulu masa form 5, duk terpikir jugak, bila la agaknya dapat menjelajah satu Malaysia ni. Pada masa tu dah menjelajah beberapa negeri dah. especially masa time lawatan sambil belajar. Masuk universiti, join kelab kembara, dapat la menjejak kaki ke Sarawak. Time tu dapat merasa betapa susahnya nak mencarik duit untuk sponsor projek tu.

Sanggup pergi bilik setiap lecturer untuk mintak derma, ataupun kitorang basuh kereta diorang and in return dapat duit. rasanya diorang member kelab yang terlibat pun mesti ingat lagi. pastu kenangan masa nak mendaki gunung Mulu dan jugak pinacle tu. banyak menguji kesabaran dan kecekalan semua peserta.

zaman kerja plak dapat pergi ke Sabah. Cukup lah sudah semua negeri kat Malaysia dapat dijejaki. Masa kerja ni la dapat banyak pergi tempat-tempat menarik. banyak sangat!. makin jauh kita berjalan, banyak pengalaman yang dapat kita kutip. pengalaman suka dan duka, pahit dan manis. semuanya ada.

pengalaman jugak yang memberikan semangat dan panduan dalam membuat keputusan2 yang matang. bersyukur sangat2 atas segala jalan yang ditunjukkan olehNya selama ni. Moga2 inilah jalan yang lurus yang akan membawa ke sana nanti.

Since last week, some user’s cannot access OUM portal address http://www.oum.edu.my. There is proxy server inside the environment. Whenever they tried, they will get this error:

I’ve look around at the domain controller, but doesn’t find something strange with the server. Just try to add streamyx dns server inside the proxy server and it solve the problem.

I’ve posted before but I’ve found out today that it contains some invalid character. most of it are ” “. so this is the full script. just click on the link to get the file. in .rar format.

Intro
Permainan sepak raga tuju popular di negeri sebelah utara semenanjung Malaysia seperti Kedah dan Perak. Manakala sepak raga bulat/ratus adalah warisan dari kesultanan melaka mungkin, berdasarkan kisah Hang Tuah bersama rakannya yang bermain di tepi pantai pada ketika itu. Pemain sekurang-kurangnya 2 orang dan maksima bagi sesuatu bulatan ialah 8.

Sepak Raga Bulat/Ratus
Ianya bergantung pada jenis permainan itu sendirik. permainan sepak raga bulat dan ratus mungkin mempunyai persamaan. ini kerana ianya akan dikira berdasarkan berapa banyak jumlah sepakan/timbangan yang dibuat oleh pemain.

Pemain juga boleh menimbang seberapa banyak yang boleh tanpa mempunyai had yang tertentu. dalam permainan ini, pemain hanya mungkin menggunakan sepakan sila untuk menimbang bola. bola pula akan ditimbang tinggi2, sebelum dihantar kepada pemain lain.

Sepak Raga Tuju
Permainan ini mempunyai persamaan dengan yang di atas. bezanya, bola akan dihantar kepada pihak lawan dengan cara tuju/tikam kepada pemain di hadapan. pemain di hadapan pula akan cuba mengangkat bola tersebut dan begitulah seterusnya sehingga bola jatuh.

Pemain bukan sahaja perlu mahir menimbang bola dengan kaedah timbang sila, tetapi juga timbang kuda. Ini kerana dalam permainan ini memerlukan pemain untuk menggunakan kedua2 teknik tersebut. Kepala jarang sekali digunakan.

Timbang sila. Timbang kuda.

Setiap pemain boleh menimbang bola sebanyak tiga kali. bola perlu dihantar kepada pemain lain pada kiraan yang ketiga. Syarat lain ialah, bola perlu sampai kepada pemain lain, dibawah paras lutut. ini akan memudahkan pemain lain untuk mengangkat bola tersebut dan meneruskan permainan.

The page file is one of those pieces of the operating system that administrators
know that they need to have - but they can’t always explain why they need it, or
how to accurately size it. Since Windows 95, Windows-based operating systems
have used a special file that acts as a sort of “scratch pad” to store modified
pages that are still in use by some process. Page file space is reserved when
the pages are initially committed, however the page file locations are not
chosen until the page is written to disk. So, in simplistic terms, the page
file is used by Windows to hold temporary data which is swapped in and out of
physical memory in order to provide a larger virtual memory set.When the system boots up, the Session Manager process determines the list of
page files to open by reading the value in the
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory
Management\PagingFiles. This value contains the name of the paging file as well
as the minimum and maximum size of each paging file. Windows supports up to 16
page files. On a 32-bit system running the normal kernel, the maximum size of
each page file is 4095 MB. On x64 systems and x86 systems with the PAE kernel,
the maximum page file size is 16 terabytes (16TB). On IA-64 systems, each page
file can be as large as 32 terabytes.

To view the list of page files, you can either look at the
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory
Management\PagingFiles registry value. The paging file configuration settings
are managed through the System utility in Control Panel. Below are two examples
of page file settings:

In the example above, the page file size is being managed by the Operating
System. As you can see from the registry entry, there is just an entry for
pagefile.sys - no drive letter or page file size is specified. Contrast this
with the example below on a system where the page file has been statically
configured:

As you can see, the registry entry in the second example has both a discrete
path name for the paging file and also specific size parameters. Once a page
file has been opened, it cannot be deleted while the system is running because
the System process maintains an open handle to each page file on the system.
That is why any changes made to the paging file configuration require a system
reboot.

If there are no paging files specified, a Windows 2000 system will create a
default 20MB page file on the boot partition. On Windows XP and Windows Server
2003 systems, this temporary paging file is not created. This means that the
system virtual memory commit limit is based on the available memory. If the
system is managing the page file size on Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, the
size of the default page file is determined by the amount of physical memory, as
shown below:

Therefore, on a 32-bit system with 512MB of RAM, the page file size would
range from 768MB to 1536MB. On a 32-bit system with 2GB of RAM, the page file
size would range from 2GB to 4GB (remember that 4GB is the maximum size of a
page file on 32-bit operating systems). However, now consider a system managed
page file on a 64-bit server with 32GB of RAM. The page file size would range
from 32GB to 96GB! This is why understanding the performance of your server is
so important. Although there are general recommendations about page file sizing
that are based on the amount of physical RAM in a system, this is not 100%
valid. If you think about it, the more memory you have, the less likely you are
to need to page data out.

The page file needs of an individual system will vary based on the role of
the server, load etc. There are some performance counters that you can use to
monitor private committed memory usage on a systemwide or per-page-file basis.
There is no way to determine how much of a process’ private committed memory is
resident and how much is paged out to paging files.

So
with this information in mind, what’s the best way to determine the correct page
file size? The first thing is to gather a baseline. Set up a page file that is
statically sized to 1.5GB of RAM. Then monitor the server using Performance
Monitor over a period of time. Ensure that the peak usage times of the server
are monitored as this is when the server will be under the most load (for
example, month-end / year-end processing etc). Using the information from the
counters above and also examining the Peak Commit Charge number in Windows Task
Manager (shown below) will give you an idea how much page file space would be
needed if the system had to page out all private committed virtual memory.

If the page file on the system is too large, the system does not use it any
more or less. In other words, increasing the size of the page file
unnecessarily does not change the system performance - it just means that the
system has more nonshareable committed virtual memory. If the page file is too
small on the other hand, you may see error messages such as the “system is
running low on virtual memory”.

Remember however, that you should also check whether there is a process that
is leaking memory or a pool memory leak as those will also cause error messages
relating to system resources and virtual memory to be displayed.

So finally, a quick word on system-managed versus statically defined page
files. Some administrators will allow the system to manage the page file
sizes. However, while this ensures that you are unlikely to encounter page file
related resource depletion, it can lead to severe disk and page file
fragmentation as the page file continuously shrinks and expands to keep up with
the needs of the system. If you are in a situation where there is severe disk
fragmentation and you have a dynamic page file, I would strongly recommend
reconfiguring the server with a static page file. You will also want to make
sure that the disk is properly defragmented. To do this, you will need to
schedule an appropriate maintenance window for your server. Then modify the
page file settings on the server so that there is no page file defined. Reboot
the server for the change to take effect and then defragment the disk as you
normally would. Once the defragmentation process is completed, reconfigure the
page file to the appropriate static size (same minimum and maximum values) and
reboot the server again.

OK - that will do it for this quick look at the basics of the page file.

Exactly how you should grip your camera will depend upon what type of digital
camera you are using and varies from person to person depending upon preference.
There is no real right or wrong way to do it but here’s the technique that I
generally use:

1. Use your right hand to grip the right hand end of the
   camera. Your forefinger should sit lightly above the shutter release,
   your other three fingers curling around the front of the camera. Your right
   thumb grips onto the back of the camera. Most cameras these days have some sort
   of grip and even impressions for where fingers should go so this should feel
   natural. Use a strong grip with your right hand but don’t grip it so tightly
   that you end up shaking the camera. (keep in mind our previous post
   on shutter technique - squeeze the shutter don’t jab at it).
2. The positioning of your left hand will depend upon your
   camera but in in general it should support the weight of the camera and will
   either sit underneath the camera or under/around a lens if you have a DSLR.
3. If you’re shooting using the view finder to line up your
   shot you’ll have the camera nice and close into your body which will add extra
   stability but if you’re using the LCD make sure you don’t hold your camera too
   far away from you. Tuck your elbows into your sides and lean the camera out a
   little from your face (around 30cm). Alternatively use the viewfinder if it’s
   not too small or difficult to see through (a problem on many point and shoots
   these days).
4. Add extra stability by leaning against a solid object like
   a wall or a tree or by sitting or kneeling down. If you have to stand and don’t
   have anything to lean on for extra support put your feet shoulder width apart to
   give yourself a steady stance. The stiller you can keep your body the stiller
   the camera will be.

Another quick bonus tip - before you take your shot take a
gentle but deep breath, hold it, then take the shot and exhale. The other method
people use is the exact opposite - exhale and before inhaling again take the
shot. It’s amazing how much a body rises and falls simply by breathing - being
conscious of it can give you an edge.

One last note - this post is about ‘holding a camera’ in a
way that will help eliminate camera shake. It’s not rocket science - but it’s
amazing how many people get it wrong and wonder why their images are blurry.

Just to share, I have minor problem with a document that all letters are in upper case. I want it to be in proper case. So do I need to type it all again? No!. I’m using VB Function to change the case.

In Excel, go to Tools->Macros->Visual Basic Editor or press ALT+F11. Insert new module, Insert->Module. Then paste the code below.
